If you receive an email from Fiserv Secure Notification requesting you enter a given password to open a secure message, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DOWNLOAD NOR OPEN THE ATTACHMENT AND DO NOT REPLY TO THE EMAIL. It is with a fraudulent email that contains malware. The sender has no connection with First Port City Bank or our service providers.
Malicious email messages are a constant threat. If you receive any email from someone you do not know or an email from a contact that contain strange links or asks to open an attachment, please do not open it. Delete the suspicious email promptly. Only open attachments that you know are safe and you know whom it is from.
