Mackenzie joined the FPCB team in August 2025 and brings four years of banking experience, having served in teller, loan processing, and data operations roles. Since joining First Port City Bank, she has embraced every opportunity to grow, taking on additional responsibilities and training to prepare for her new role as a Personal Banker.
Her strong attention to detail, commitment to customer service, and dedication to continuous learning have made a positive impact on both our customers and our organization. Mackenzie has also played an important role in identifying and preventing fraud attempts, helping protect our customers and the bank.
