First Port City Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Kayla Williams to the Decatur County – Gilbert H. Gragg Library Board of Directors. Her three-year term officially began on July 1, 2025.
Kayla Williams was selected for this important role in recognition of her exceptional dedication to community service. A long-time supporter of the library, Kayla has volunteered for more than three years with the library’s popular Toddler Time program. Her consistent, hands-on involvement has not only enriched the program but also demonstrated her deep passion for literacy, learning, and public service.
