Fernandina Beach, FL — First Port City Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Stan Stapleton as its newest Loan Officer, bringing more than 35 years of commercial banking experience and a long-standing commitment to serving the Northeast Florida business community.
Stapleton most recently served as Vice President and Commercial Banker with First Federal Bank, where he provided commercial and SBA banking services across Nassau and Duval counties. His career also includes leadership roles with Bank of America and SunTrust Bank, where he consistently ranked as a top performer and built trusted relationships with business clients throughout the region.

Stapleton is also well known for his community involvement. He currently serves as President-Elect of The Rotary Club of Greater Nassau County, is a Board Member and Past Chair of the Nassau Builders Council, and serves on the Nassau County Affordable Housing Committee. His work reflects the same service-minded values that guide First Port City Bank’s mission as a community-focused financial institution.
A graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Stapleton is highly regarded for his expertise in commercial lending, SBA products, relationship management, and business development.
